Bespoke Wedding Dresses
At the initial consultation you will be able to view Leah’s portfolio and samples of fabrics. Leah will discuss styles and designs that you like, suit you and the theme and location of your wedding. It is helpful if you can bring images that you may have collected of dresses. These don’t necessarily have to be of wedding dresses. You may have a favourite dress in your wardrobe that inspires you or you’re drawn to a particular period in fashion history.
All this information will be used as a starting point for the design of your dress. Leah will then produce a drawing of the initial design with recommended fabrics and an indication of how much the design will cost. The price of a wedding dress can vary enormously as each dress is unique. The price is based on the cost of fabric, trimmings, etc and the time involved designing and producing the dress. Bespoke wedding dress commissions are from £800.
